Who we are

A small team
that lives inside
Business Central.

BC Wizards is a focused Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central practice. We implement BC, migrate businesses off legacy NAV, and ship lightweight extensions that small teams actually want to use.

We don't do CRM. We don't do generic D365. We do BC, every day, and we keep our team small enough that the engineer you talk to in week one is still the engineer you talk to in year three.

  • Direct line to the engineers No SDRs, no project managers between you and the people writing the AL code.
  • Built for SMB realities Pricing, scope and tempo tuned for teams of 10–500 — not Fortune 500.
  • Worldwide, remote-first Engagements run across time zones. We've shipped from EU, US and APAC.

BC-only practice

We've stayed narrow on purpose. Every hour of our team's experience goes into Business Central.

Common questions

The questions BC teams ask first.

Talk to a human
01 What is Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central?
Business Central is Microsoft’s cloud-first ERP for small and mid-sized businesses. It unifies finance, operations, sales, project, and service in one M365-integrated platform. We work with it every day — both the SaaS edition and on-premises deployments.
02 Do you work with BC SaaS, on-premises, or both?
Both, plus hybrid. Most engagements are SaaS-first because that’s where Microsoft is investing. We still support older NAV-line tenants for upgrades and data migrations, and we run hybrid deployments where the BC environment talks to on-prem systems over HTTPS.
03 How long does a typical Business Central implementation take?
Most SMB implementations land in 6–12 weeks depending on scope. We start with a short discovery, agree on a phased roadmap, and ship in iterations — you see working configuration in your sandbox in week two, well before go-live.
04 Can you build custom extensions for Business Central?
Yes. We build AppSource-grade extensions (the SharePoint Connector and SendGrid Connector are examples) and bespoke per-tenant apps. Everything is tested against the current and previous two BC release waves, so monthly Microsoft updates won’t break your tenant.
05 Do I need a Microsoft partner relationship to work with you?
No. We can engage directly, alongside your existing partner, or as a sub-contractor on a larger programme. If you don’t have a BC partner today and don’t want one, we can be your primary technical contact for BC.
06 What does an engagement actually cost?
Services are fixed-price by phase wherever possible, scoped after a free 30-minute intro. Extensions on AppSource are billed per Business Central user — first month free, then monthly or annual, with no setup fee. We will give you a real number on the first call, not after three discovery sessions.
Have a Business Central problem?

Let's talk it through.
30 minutes, no SOW.

Bring a real question — a stuck migration, a database that's eating disk, a workflow that doesn't fit BC. We'll tell you whether it's a service, a product, or a five-minute config fix.
